Thermal and Electrical Characterization of Large Area OLEDS

Digital Home DesignLine

This paper describes the Fast2Light research project, the overall objective of which is to develop a novel, cost-effective, high-throughput, roll-to-roll, large area deposition process for fabricating light-emitting polymer-OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) foils for intelligent lighting applications. With the increasing luminance and efficiency intelligent lighting applications are becoming increasingly relevant. Until now research has focused on glass-based OLED displays.
